Shipping policy

Pre-order shipping

RIVERBANK Beauty products are made by hand in small batches. Orders placed now are pre-orders from our first batch.

First batch orders ship by September 23, 2026. If your order will be delayed beyond that date for any reason, we will notify you by email and you may cancel for a full refund.

Processing and delivery

Orders ship from Lexington, South Carolina via USPS. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking by email when your order leaves us.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Damaged in transit

Our bottles are glass. If yours arrives broken or leaking, email a photo to hello@riverbankbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
