Return and Refund Policy
Our policy
RIVERBANK Beauty products are body oils applied directly to skin. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used bottles.
Unopened bottles may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at hello@riverbankbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything back before contacting us — items sent without an approved return will not be accepted or refunded.
If your return is approved, we'll send instructions and the return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, leaking, or broken on arrival
Our bottles are glass. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your bottle arrives broken, leaking, or damaged, email us a photo at hello@riverbankbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it at no cost to you and you do not need to return the damaged item.
Wrong or missing items
Email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll correct it at no cost to you.
Pre-orders
Products from our first batch are sold as pre-orders with a stated ship-by date.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund — just email us.
If we are unable to ship by our stated date, we will notify you by email and you may either accept the new date or cancel for a full refund.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different scent, request a return on the unopened bottle and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, please contact us at hello@riverbankbeauty.com.
